Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to run Zyra for you — account identity, business settings, and the transactional records you create inside your own workspace. We never sell that data. Your tenant is isolated from every other tenant by design; no one on our team reads your private records unless you explicitly invite us in for support, and every such read is captured by an immutable, hash-chained audit trail.

You can export your full workspace (customers, invoices, appointments, audit trail) as an NDJSON archive any time from Settings. If you delete your account, we purge associated personal data within 30 days, subject to financial-record retention obligations we're legally required to observe.
