Terms of Service
The plain-language shape of using Zyra — plans, uptime, your data, cancellation and acceptable use.
Last updated January 2026
These terms cover how Zyra works and what you can expect from us. They are written to be readable, not to hide anything in fine print. If something here is unclear, just ask.
1. Using Zyra
By creating a workspace you agree to use Zyra honestly and lawfully. You are responsible for your account, the staff you invite, and everything done under your logins, so keep your credentials safe and your roles set sensibly.
2. Plans and billing
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the price shown for your plan, and any applicable taxes are added at checkout. You can upgrade at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card is required to begin. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
4. Uptime and reliability
- We target 99.9% uptime for the product.
- Daily backups and an immutable audit log are on by default for every workspace.
- Enterprise customers can request a signed SLA.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. Each workspace is fully isolated, and you can export your entire business as a portable archive at any time. We never sell your data, and we only access it to operate and support the service.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time and we do not charge termination fees. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are handled case by case. To request one, contact us at the address below.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zyra for anything illegal, abusive or fraudulent. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud or non-payment after reasonable notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When a change is material, we will let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
